Recently we traveled about 150 miles from Magnolia Beach to San Antonio, TX. San Antonio and its famous River Walk has quickly become one of our favorite places to visit in Texas! The River Walk is a beautiful waterway that winds thru San Antonio and offers lots of sights including old trees, museums, the Alamo, and countless restaurants and drinking establishments! While there I had a chance to meet up with a good friend, and old Sylvania co-worker, Glenn Freeman and his wife. We had a great lunch and caught up on all that's been happening the past few years. A nice feature of staying at the Travelers World Campground is that the local bus stops right out front and you can travel all day for just .75! We had such a good time we already can't wait to come back!
